Krishna Rao
Mr. Rao currently serves on the Boards of Solar Joule, a next generation PV development & integration business, Nonpareil Solutions, an information services technology company, and both RR2 Partners and Starlight Village LLC, real estate development companies. He also currently acts as an advisor to Oregon State University’s commercialization activities. His previous experiences include being a CFO and Board member of Mitsubishi Silicon, a global wafer producing business with sales of over a billion dollars where he was responsible for raising capital and debt instruments of over 400 million to finance company growth. Summit Information Systems is an enterprise solution provider to over 300 banks and credit unions where Mr. Rao was COO and board member and directly in charge of spearheading and building a brand new enterprise solution while opening up market opportunities in Canada. Earlier in his career Mr. Rao served as a founding executive at Credence System Corporation, a semi conductor capital equipment manufacturer, and worked with other executives to grow the company from a start up to over 300 million in sales over 4 years. Mr. Rao also worked at Hewlett Packard for the first twelve years of his career in that time was promoted to manager for site operations of the Corvallis site, in which he managed over 7 function areas and over 600 people. Mr. Rao holds a BS in Physics from the University of Calcutta, is a commonwealth certified charted accountant and also holds a MBA from the University of Utah.

Operations and Technology – Brock has spent the last 20 years as an effective expert in the delivery and management of cost effective World Class IT, Operations and Financial solutions for Hewlett-Packard. He provides guidance and strategy for NPS. Mr. Byers plays a critical role in delivering high-quality enterprise services and effective operational performance for commercial and federal government contracts.
